Annual Business Meetings: Agenda, Rules, and Minutes

STC, as a not-for-profit association, is required by law to have an Annual Business Meeting of members.

Minutes are labeled as “draft” until they are approved by the membership at the subsequent business meeting; once approved, they are changed so that the word “draft” is removed.

Annual Business Rules describe the procedures used for any particular meeting; when the rules or STC’s Bylaws are not specific on a certain point Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised prevail.
